All living items (feeders, animals, plants, etc) cannot be returned to Zhi's Bug Hub for a refund or exchange.

Refunds may be offered for DOA's depending on circumstance and are at Zhi's Bug Hub's discretion.

Any refund we do issue is subject to, and governed by, the terms and limitations set out in our Terms of Service.
